This is a relatively young reserve established in 1999. It covers an area of 10.36 ha, while its lagging is 14.85 ha. The protected area is a 1.6 km long section of the Kłodawa gorge through moraine hills, together with an ash and alder riparian forest growing on the bottom of the valley and fragments of oak-hornbeam forest growing on its slopes. In the area of the reserve 216 species of vascular plants were found. The object is located in the community of Trąbki Wielkie.
